Officers assess academic fit, financial capacity, and “non-immigrant intent.” Strong ties at home (job, property, family) are the most-doubted area. We coach the interview specifically.
Not directly. Most OPT grads transition to H-1B (lottery) or EB-2 NIW. STEM grads have the longest runway to win a sponsor.
USCIS uses beneficiary-centric registration. Each beneficiary gets one entry per year regardless of how many employers register them.
Generally only via CPT (curricular practical training) tied to your program, then OPT after graduation. On-campus part-time work is allowed.
