After converting to EU Blue Card, 21 months with B1 German or 33 months with A1. The Opportunity Card year does not count toward Niederlassungserlaubnis.
Family reunification is restricted on Opportunity Card. Once you convert to Blue Card or Skilled Worker, spouse and dependants can join immediately.
